Project Summary

MyLifeWell is a 360-degree wellness platform developed by The App Founders Solutions. The platform comprises features to provide its users with a smart, smooth, and interactive delivery of wellness training solutions and resources. The product is available in the form of a fully-fledged web portal and user-oriented mobile application.

Client Requirments

We were approached to create a travel portal, where third-party service providers would list their tour packages with places and programs. Users could avail of these packages by making one-to-one or group bookings.

When the project was to be accomplished, the client reinvented his plan and ideas and asked us to extend the service domain of the portal with two more inclusions; online wellness programs and a marketplace for listing and purchasing wellness products.

The project has witnessed a massive transformation from being a travel portal to a complete wellness platform. And, it is still evolving.

Challenges

A change in vision from our client led us to transform our strategy mid-way which could beget unprecedented results as we were initially developing a travel website later transformed into a fully-fledged wellness platform.

There were minimal changes in the timelines so we had to showcase the best of our time management, product development & project management skills.

Managing this project successfully was a challenge of its kind. We did not want to leave any stone unturned so we made sure to sustain the product with maximum server support and effective development architecture.
